The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Nigeria would like to invite registered Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for Pre-qualification and possible inclusion in a database of NGOs specialized in the following areas:

Media
Conflict Management
Political Parties
Gender
Human Rights, Rule of Law and Access to Justice
Youth
Other Democratic Governance areas not specifically mentioned above
The United Nations Development Programme in Nigeria, through the Democratic Governance for Development (DGD) project is looking to complete a comprehensive roster of NGOs working in the area of democratic governance in Nigeria.
Interested NGOs must meet the eligibility requirements for consideration which can be downloaded at the following UNDP websites. www.undp.ng.org. www.undp.org. The application template can also be downloaded from the websites
Submission Details:
The EOI and supporting documents must be received on or before 18th of APRIL 2010 by 3:00 PM (local time) and must be forwarded to the address below in a sealed envelope clearly labeled “EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PRE QUALIFICATION OF NGOs IN NIGERIA” PLEASE INCLUDE THE NAME OF THE NGO AND THE GEO-POLITICAL ZONE OF INTEREST.

Tender Opportunity: FRAME AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF TRAVEL AGENCY SERVICE
Introduction
Statoil (Nigeria) Limited acting in its capacity as the operator of OML 128 and 129 , wishes to invite interested and reputable contractors with suitable equipment , personnel, materials, relevant to the specific service mentioned above to apply for pre-qualification.
Scope of Work
The scope of the Framework Agreement is the provision of travel agency services. By travel agency services is meant the Company’s use and total demand for booking of flights, including the administration of the Company’s purchasing of air tickets for local and international air travel etc., hotel and rental car services, tickets for boat trips of some length, group events and other services which naturally belong to a travel agency’s business.
Basic services
The following basic services shall be included in the Work:
• Integrated booking and invoicing solution
• booking, including:
- Flights
- Hotels
- Rental cars
- Boats, busses, trains, taxis
- Invoicing, including
- invoicing (electronic)
- conventional invoicing
- summary invoice
- Preparing reports and statistics, including:
- Key Performance Indicator report (KPI) each quarter for Company
- Organising meetings, events and conferences etc.
- Ticket printers/ distribution by courier, i.e. capacity for delivery/printing out air tickets when required.
Additional services
The following basic services shall be included in the Work:
- Permanent administrative services (i.e. consultancy services)
- Passport and Visa processing services
- Ad hoc assignments on an hourly basis, e.g.:
- IT development and support
- Special reports/ market appraisals etc.

Call for Consultants
Background
The Interfaith Anticorruption Advisory Committee of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in its bid to promote/inculcate anti-corruption teachings through religious organizations intends to prepare and publish a teaching/preaching manual on anti-corruption in Nigeria for each of the two major faith communities (i.e. Islam and Christianity).
In the light of the above, the IAAC is requesting the services of consultants to undertake the following:
- Prepare a detailed manual (within twenty (20) working days) for teaching and preaching against corruption in Mosques and Churches nationwide.
- Develop a manual (incorporating relevant scriptural references, illustrations and teaching aids).The themes are expected to capture the various anticorruption laws in Nigeria generally, and particularly reflect the provisions of the EFCC Handbooks.
- Submit a proposal for the job which will include methods to be adopted, experience of related works, and budget.
- Facilitate meetings of relevant stakeholders towards validating the draft manuals.
Proposals are here requested from individuals and corporate bodies with requisite qualifications and experience to effectively undertake the assignment.
Prequalification Requirements:
Minimum of Higher University Degree in Developmental Sciences, Religious Studies or any other relevant Social Sciences. Minimum of six (6) years professional experience, Excellent Spoken and written English and Evidence of similar works experience.
