EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR LAND RECLAMATION/SHORE PROT ECTION PROJECT IN SOME TOWNS IN THE NIGER DELTA REGION
Ministry of Niger-Delta Affairs intends to pre-qualify competent Consultants for the execution of approved Land Reclamation Shore Protection Projects in the 2009 Capital Appropriation in some towns of the Niger Delta Region.
SCOPE OF WORKS
· Site Investigation
· Study/Inception report
· Preliminary and final Engineering design
· Preparation of Tender Document and analysis
· Construction Supervision
LOCATION OFPROJECTS:
Lot 1: Land Reclamation/Shore Protection in Kurutie Communities in Gbaramantu Clan, Warri South-West, Delta State.
Lot 2: Land Reclamation/Shore Protection in Effiat Community in Mbo LGA of Akwa-Ibom State.
Lot 3: Land Reclamation/Shore Protection in Ikuru Town in Adoni LGA of River State Lot 2: Erosion Control at Ambo, Unmuachia LGA, Abia State
4. REQUIREMENTS
Interested Civil Engineering/Highway Consulting firms who wish to participate in the Project are required to submit their Firm’s Profile which must include but not limited to the following documents
(i) Evidence of incorporation of the company with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
(ii) Evidence of Current Tax Clearance Certificate,
(iii) VAT Certificate and evidence of remittance to FIRS
(iv) Evidence of the firm’s Corporate Registration with the appropriate Professional body
(v) Details of staff strength including the Curriculum Vitae and profile of key staff
(vi) Details of previous construction undertaken including scope and certificates of valuation
(vii) Clear indication of Head Office address
(viii) Audited Accounts for the last three (3) years
(ix) Sworn affidavit that the Firm is not bankrupt
(x)Sworn affidavit that none of the directors is an ex-convict or bankrupt
(xi) Evidence of Financial Capability and Banking Support( Bank Reference, Recent Statement of Account)
Original documents mentioned in paragraph 3(i) – (iii) above must be produced for sighting during opening session.
5. METHOD OF APPLICATION
The Consultancy Services will be executed with strict adherence to all contractual terms in the signed agreement by all partners. All invited consultants will be required to submit detailed Technical Proposals.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR PROVISION OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ELECTRICITY PROJECTS IN THE NIGER DELTA
The Ministry of Niger-Delta Affairs intends to engage consultants for the design of electricity projects in the Niger-Delta Region.
2. SCOPE OF WORKS
The scopes of works include design of best sources of Electricity Power Supply to identified areas including but not limited to design of Substation, transmission lines, etc., complete preparation of tender documents, supervision and project commissioning.
3. LOCATION OF PROJECTS
Lot 1: Erei Electrification Project, Cross River State, Adiabo/Ibonda
Electrification Project, Cross River State
Lot2: Electrification Project in Peremabiri to Ogbokiri in Akabasa Bayelsa State
Lot3: Electrification Project in Khana LGA, Rivers State Electrification Project in Eleme, Rivers State
4. REQUIREMENTS
Interested Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Consulting firms who wish to participate in the design of this electricity projects are required to submit their Firm’s Profile which must include but not limited to the following documents;

Interested Civil Engineering. Architects, Building Engineers. Quantity Surveyors etc. Consulting firms who wish to participate in the Housing Scheme/Mortgage Projects are required to submit their Firm’s Profile which must include but not limited to the following documents:
