Store Manager
Job Description
This position has overall responsibility for the receipt, storage, distribution and management of the company’s products. It involves active inventory management, shipping/receiving with supervisory responsibilities of the company’s stores/warehouses all over country.
Key Tasks:
- Set-up of vibrant inventory system and control
- Preparation of stock reports raw material and finished goods
- Ensure that company’s reorder levels for raw materials and products are always met.
- Ensure timely distribution of company’s products to outstation depot
- General logistics planning
- Manage relationship with haulage companies
- Charting of ordering and arrival of raw materials.
Qualification:
- HND/B.Sc Accounting or Purchasing and Supply from any recognized institution with 5-10 years cognate experience on store management of a reputable establishment.
- Must be highly computer literate and experienced in the use of accounting packages.
