Position: SALES ENGINEER • HVAC/Air-conditioning
Job Description
- Liaise with Developers, Main Contractors, MSE Consultants SACMV contractors
- Handle project tenders and conduct presentations-Handle Pre & Post Project tenders & increase market share
- Experience in project sales
- Knowledge of VRF, packaged Units, Fan coil units, Air handling units, Chiller, split-units air – conditioning system will be an added advantage
- Provide good customer service while attending to sales enquiries
- Establish rapport and maintain good relationship with potential and existing customers and consultant
- Increase customer base to achieve sales target and attain departmental and organisational goals
- Pre – sales preparation and conduct after- sales services through follow – up
- Attend site meetings, customer complaints and follow – up with internal departments
Qualifications
- Qualified candidate will have a recognised Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering with experience in Air conditioning and Refrigeration
- Be a team player and have exceptional communication skills
- They must be aggressive, competitive, goal-oriented and possess a strong desire to sell
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Salary negotiable depending on experience
- Fixed & variable transport allowance given if owing a car
- Good knowledge of air-conditioning design and selection will be an added advantage
- Able to work effectively under pressure and results-oriented
- Strong computer skills
- Fresh graduate are welcome
