Position: P.A Secretary
Requirement:
- Candidates must have a first class degree or HND in Secretarial Administration, with a high level of computer proficiency (MS Office Suite).
- Preferably above 5 years experience.
- The applicant must have worked at a blue-chip company with a top level management executive.
- Must have the ability to work under pressure, multi-task and must have the commitment and dedication to work late hours.
- Must have a friendly disposition, charming presence and pleasing personality
- Must have high level of integrity, excellent interpersonal relationship skills, good communication skills, excellent command over the English language, tremendous self confidence, passion for excellence and perfection, analytical thinking capacity, good planning capability and time management skills.
- Must have the willingness to learn, capacity to work under continuous stress, ability to patiently handle difficult tasks and face tough situations
- Proficiency in shorthand/speed writing is essential.
- Knowledge of French language would be an advantage.
The compensation package would be quite attractive and there would be good opportunity for training and development. Persons without the expected qualifications and experience need not apply, since such cases would not be considered
