Position: National Head Operation (Abuja)
The Person
- The person must be born again Christian with a heart for God, for people and for the great commission, He must be a leader with a servant’s heart and one who values financial and moral integrity.
- The preferred candidate must be visionary, result-oriented and should possess administrative and human resource management skills
- A minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree in any field or its equivalent is compulsory. Prospective candidates must have an intimate knowledge of Christianity and Ministries in Nigeria.
- Basic ICT skills (Word, Excel, internet etc), ability to speak one or two Nigeria languages and work under pressure will be added advantage;
Performance Profile
- 1. The successful candidate is expected to:
- 2. Represent the organization and interpret its mission vision, and methods to Christian communities in Nigeria.
- 3. Provide leadership for ministry department through church Planter Institute (CPI) and Scripture Placement Program (SPP).
- 4. Conduct Project Philips seminars (along with the Head of Operations) for interested partners across the Nation.
- 5. Work in conjunction with other leaders in the ministry to develop and execute the yearly ministry budget and operational objectives.
