Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
Job description:
Under the supervision or the technical director you will be in charge of bringing the support necessary in terms of information and communication within ABN. As such here are the tasks: you will be assigned;
Draw up a guideline for monitoring and evaluation implementation
Draw up a reliable database necessary for calculation of values and for the monitoring of the project performance indexes
Implement a chart made up of data and relevant information showing achievement and project challenges to decision makers
Define data indexes enabling the assessment of different progress achieved
Define mechanism allowing the impacts of the secretary general activities and those of states members.
Profile
45 years old to December 31st 2010 general engineer (Bac + 5) you have got a 5 years experience in the assessment and monitoring of programmes moreover you have proven track record in statistics, rural and local development, Strong reading and presentation skills are required. Excellent in French and English strong skills in coordination and supervision of team works are necessary, Conversant in computer
