The successful candidate will be the Head of Marketing Communication and he/she needed to help promote greater understanding of the firms brand values, strengths and vision by providing our sales team with marketing tools which will allow them to attract and retain clients.

Responsibilities
The right candidate will be an integral part of all sales and marketing activities. Work with the sales teams to develop creative and innovative ways to reach our public and boost sales figures. Part of this is to develop very strong online presence for our companies and products. We expect development of E – marketing initiatives and web/online sales opportunities and other business development and sustainable Marketing led Business Development campaigns. Other Expectations from the ideal candidate include but not limited to:
Marketing plans: Work with department/office heads in the development and collation of all Commercial Marketing plans. Advise on strategy, allocation of budgets and evaluation of campaigns.
Corporate identity: Play a key role in the correct implementation of the new refreshed corporate identity. Promote the brand through creating strong visibility and brand presence.
Marketing: Work with design agencies on the marketing strategy and production of supporting corporate material including mail shots, brochures and advertising, corporate gifts etc.
Commercial Publications: Oversee the design, production and distribution of commercial publications including the firm’s Commercial corporate brochure.
Pitch material: Advise on pitching materials and review existing items on a regular basis. Keep a watching brief on new developments in the marketplace.
PR: Oversee PR team to ensure the firm is positioned as an authority in our field through the media. Ensure PR is incorporated into the Marketing plans and complements Marketing activities. Work to drive social media opportunities.
Research: Develop a strong research based marketing initiatives, gap analysis and proffer solutions on how we can effectively fill the gaps better than competitors.
Internet: looking at information architecture development, content and branding of the firm’s website.
E-Marketing: work with sales Executives to develop e-marketing campaigns
Internal Communications: Work with the Internal Communications Manager to ensure that marketing & PR activity is communicated internally
Intranet Updates: Oversee the Commercial Marketing intranet site and ensure that it is kept up-to-date with new/updated marketing materials and activities.
Accounts: Maintain accounts and budgets and produce regular updates
The Candidate:
Ideally five years’ experience in a marketing role, to include agency side and preferably working on major campaigns. A Marketing professional who is able to think strategically and with a good understanding of marketing techniques including online, and advertising production processes.
Managing and leading large projects, strategic, consultative and analytical skills
He/she must be confident and articulate; able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization, including at senior level.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work to tight budgets and deadlines. Some understanding of technology market is an advantage.
