Human Resources Executive
Job Responsibilities
The HR Executive will work within the HR department and is responsible for ensuring the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of systems and initiatives aimed at ensuring that the company’s workforce are adequately skilled to deliver on current and future performance objectives. The incumbent will be responsible for translating business strategies into specific capability improvement programs in the areas of learning and development, performance management, and career development.
Requirements
- Prospective applicants should not be more than 35 years old and must possess a higher institution degree or equivalent in a social science discipline
- With 3-5 years relevant experience in a reputable FMCG goods manufacturing company. CIPM certification and working knowledge of HR software applications will be definite advantages.
