Fleet Managers (OPERATIONS)

 

Ideal candidates for this position must:

 

• Possess a minimum qualification of first degree in any of the Social science, Engineering, Management Science or Humanities, from reputable University.
• Have a minimum of 5years cognate experience in a reputable Transport company or in a supply chain management capacity in a manufacturing company preferably FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Group).
• Be highly organized energetic and sett-motivated with brilliant inter-personal skills possess good numerical and analytical skills and must be computer literate
• Be a calm and thorough individual with capacity to cope with pressure
• Possess excellent strategic thinking ability with good communication skills
• Possess outstanding leadership skill.
• Not more than 40years
• Membership of professional associations in the Transport Industry will be an added advantage.
• Ex-military, police with honourable discharge records not above the rank of Major or its equivalent.
