A well established construction company which is a key player in Nigerian construction industry has the below vacant position to be filled immediately. Successful candidates will initially work on the construction of multi-storey buildings just taking off at Enugu and later on other company projects:

Position: Cost Control Manager- Ref. 06

Requirements:

• Selected   candidate   will   have   responsibility   for   setting   up and implementing a computerized cost control system for effective cost planning and management on projects. He/she will oversee, monitor and review company expenditures on projects, and administer claims variation orders and other cost issues.
• He/she will monitor materials and labour utilisation and will administer and scrutinize subcontractors and suppliers quotes.
• Candidates must possess BSc/HND in Civil/Structural Engineering or Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 8 years experience and must have performed similar functions in a large construction company.
