Job Description:
- Conduct variance analysis
- Benchmark competitor’s performance against the organization
- Conduct force field analysis
- Conduct customer survey data
- Conduct competitors survey/data
Personnel Specification
- B.Sc Business Administration, Marketing or Accountancy (M.Sc, MBA) will be an advantage
- Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Ability to train and coach associates to deliver set objectives.
- Cognate Experience of not less than Eight years in a related field.
- Any other jobs assigned by the branch Manager.
