For our subsidiary in Lagos we are looking for the position:

Reservation & Ticketing Agent

Key Responsibilities:

• Ticketing manual / automated
• Handling of reservations with the corresponding reservation system (CRS)
• Inquiry of private clients
• Tele sales; product and destination advice
• Coordination with lead of reservation / sales division concerning special agreements

Key Skills and Knowledge:

• 1-2 years experience as a Reservation & Ticketing Agent
• Good knowledge of Airline – CRS (e.g. Sabre, Amadeus)
• Knowledge of the MS Office Products
• Very service – oriented
• Good English
