Our Client, leading operator in the cement manufacturing sector of the economy requires competent, self motivated and experienced personnel for immediate engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Reports to the Area sales Executive. Execute sales plans and achieve sales target.
- Follow up on new leads resulting from field activity.
- Prepare a variety of status report including activities, follow-up, competitors movements, etc,
- Driving sales activities to achieve given sales volume and price targets.
Special Job Skill:
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
- Computer proficiency
- Strong people management and training skills
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualification:
- A minimum of Bachelor of Science degree in any social science or Humanities (Or its equivalent). A Masters Degree and/or Professional Certification will be an added advantage
The Person:
Age between 30-45 years. Proactive. Self motivated Disciplined, Assertive, Analytical, very Energetic with good team leadership skills and must be a team player
Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
