The group is looking for dynamic, result-oriented and highly motivated individuals to fill the position below:

Sales Manager (Enugu)

This position reports to the hotel’s General Manager with dotted line reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – West Africa.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initiate oversee direct and supervise sales activities to achieve the hotel’s business and commercial targets
• Prepare the hotel’s sales budget and achieve same
• Maximize the rooms and food and beverage sales of the hotel.
• Optimize the marketing of all the hotel’s products.
• Develop and maintain external relations in order to facilitate sales of the hotel’s products
• Ensure a smooth operation of the department, train and develop team members
• Maintain Brand Image & Standards

Requirements

• A good first degree or HND preferably in Marketing, Business Studies. Travel and Tourism, Hospitality or Public Relations
• A minimum of 5 years working experience in a similar or related position with demonstrable knowledge of the Nigerian market segments and ability to define and develop local and international markets,
• Relevant Professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Valid driving license.

Personal Skills

• Excellent communication skills, especially in English Language
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• Computer proficiency both for database and presentation
