We requires suitably qualified individual to fill the post of:
SALES MANAGER
The assigned Sales Manager (based in Lagos) is responsible for the effective and profitable conduct of overall sales and service function in the greater Nigeria Market.
Ideal Background experience:
The successful candidate has a proven track record in selling to telecommunications operators in Nigeria and has previously managed executive level relationships.
Education
- Candidate must possess University Degree: Bachelor degree in Electrical, Electronics
- Engineering (a big plus)
- Trainings, Workshops, Seminars, Congresses, etc in Sales
- Candidate should possess MBA ‘-
- Specialty in Microwave Telecommunication Solutions a plus
Experience
- Candidate should have 5 years of technical/practical expertise in all aspects of
- microwave wireless telecommunication
- should have 5 years sales experience with proven sales track record of selling
- complex solutions

- A highly entrepreneurial spirit with a make it happen in a positive attitude and approach Ability to work closely with executes and employee’s levels and all parts of their organizations.
- Able to mobilize and motivate internal/external resources to achieve desired result.
Responsibilities:
- Help Harris Stratex to penetrate the Nigeria Market therefore develop and implement the strategy and tactics to grow existing account and meet targets planned.
- Actively participate in the promotion of Harris Stratex products and services, contacting prospective customers, screening inquiries, interfacing with customer, preparing quotes and proposals, and following up ongoing projects.
- Forecast plan, budget and measure revenues by product and control expenses
- Ensures project & operational staff meets customers satisfaction requirements.
