ADMIN

Objective

The will be Responsible for effective coordination of regional Office activities, rendition of regional reports and other duties assigned by Regional Customer development manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure adequate security of the regional office
  • Cascade Company’s SHE policy/information to all Regional Resources
  • Responsible for the coordination of all regional Office reports to the head office
  • Compilation of KD’s complaints to Head Office
  • Responsible for relaying information to field personnel
  • Ensure appropriate filling system at the regional office
  • Responsible for the organization of all regional office meetings/events
  • Disbursement of cash/cheques to recipient

Qualification

Experience

  • Minimum of 2-3 years and not more than 32 years of age

  • Product and customer Knowledge and Entrepreneurial drive
