Successful candidates with proven performance and interest in the roles below will be given exposure to commercial Analysis, Sales Management and other core areas such as Customer Services, Selling Skills and Negotiation Skills, with the objective of gaining necessary skills to lead a Sales team in a large listed conglomerate.
To succeed you will need to a history of sales achievement and results. An education in Sales & Marketing Management and early work exposure is advantageous, as well as a completed or initiated professional study, e.g. CIMN etc. it is important show an alignment to our CAN Do values (Courage, Accountability, Networking, Drive and Oneness) plus a track record of success/achievements and very strong intellectual capabilities.

The Role: Regional Sales Manager
The successful candidates will be
- Deliver regional sales targets and objectives
- Execute the company’s sales plans for the region, thereby ensuring profitability and growth of the company’s brand in the designated region.
- Manage and drive customer/partners in the region towards profitable growth as well as develop new ones in accordance with company procedures.
- Identify and explore new regional sales opportunities
- Develop and grow the capabilities of the sales team in the region through regular performance reviews, monitoring of objectives and ensuring development needs are identified and auctioned.
The Person:
The right candidates must:
- Have a B.A. or B.Sc Degree in Marketing/Business Studies
- Have five to nine (5-9) years cognate working experience in a similar position
- Have computer expertise especially in MS word, MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Have good knowledge in distribution & customer development in the sector of FMCG
- Have excellent managerial skills
- Have excellent planning and organizing skills
- Have excellent customer relation skills.
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Have good team building skills
- Be mobile and will to be flexible in terms of location
