Pre-Sales Specialist (PSS-WA)

Role

The right candidate will work with the sales client engagement teams to

• Champion the presentation and demonstration of ERP and related business software solutions to all levels on the customer side
• Identify, understand and define the customer’s business requirements, needs and objectives-Interact, design and present demonstrations and workshops to customers that articulate functionality and business benefits matched to customer requirements.
• Communicate the business requirements to project/implementation team after completion of sale to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation stages.
• Drive the development & implementation of the go-to-market (GTM) strategies.

Qualifications & Experience

• Relevant Bachelors degree or HND, masters an advantage.
• Minimum of 4-5 years professional services, consulting and/or industry related experience
• Explicit experience working enterprise software applications including ERP, SCM, SRM, PLM, CRM.
• Experience in sales and processes
• Very high action orientation and pragmatism, readiness to take on responsibility high persistent; strongly oriented towards execution; self-managed, but strong team-player in multi-cultural environment; willingness to continuously learn.
