QUALIFICATIONS
Prospective Candidates must:
- Have a good university degree in a relevant discipline. Post graduate and/or Professional Qualifications would be an advantage.
- Possess a minimum of 5 years post qualification working in marketing/sales, campaigns/product promotions and management of sales representatives/free lancers
- Be between 35 and 45 years old
- Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite particularly Power Point, Excel and Quattro programmes.
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills both verbally and in writing.
- Be very organized and capable of motivating the Company’s work force.
- Be capable of working long hours and at weekends without supervision.
KEY JOB RESPONSLBILITIES
The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for:
- Professional and efficient Management of Sales/Marketing activities.
- Formulating and Managing the implementation of creative marketing
- Strategies, to expand Market Share and achieve leadership position in target market.
- Coordinating with the production arm/dept of the company to facilitate perfect after sales services for the clients.
- Identify and develop new market for the Company products, liaise with Institutions, Parastatals and the private Sector for the sales and Promotions of the Company products.
- Advancing the growth of Company business by giving commitment to monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
