Position: Managing Director
Job Description
The Managing Director will be the Chief Executive Officer of the company. He/She will oversee all departments of the company including Sales/Marketing of houses, Finance, Bank relations, Construction of estates, Human resources, etc
Qualifications
The acceptable candidate must be a graduate in any of the below fields:
- Sales/Marketing
- Finance/Accounting
- Construction/Engineering
- Property Management
The candidate must also have the below qualities:
- Minimum of 20 years post qualification experience, 5 years of which should be at senior management levels in similar business.
- A registered/chartered professional in his/her field of qualification.
- Be between 35 – 50 years age bracket.
- Must be a team leader, with ability to manage subordinates and enhance business development.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have cognate experience in sales/marketing of residential properties and related financial matters.
