We have the mandate of our client, a stable microfinance bank based in Lagos, to recruit management staff with and capacity and pedigree to realize the vision and objectives of the bank.
Head of Credit and Marketing
The successful candidate will report to the Managing Director and responsible for the origination, designing and marketing of the banks products. A sound knowledge of credit policy, administration and procedures is required. He or she will guarantee customer satisfaction and accuracy of all records.
Qualifications
First degree with a minimum of 8 years banking experience that must include verifiable credit and marketing responsibilities in a reputable commercial bank.
Attributes
Flair for marketing, good customer relationship, good communication skills, result-oriented and target-driven.
