Head, Marketing & Sales
Responsibility:
Aggressively grow the business in volume & penetration by exploiting business development opportunities for both new and existing customers; Planning and coordinating of the entire Marketing & Sales activities of the business: monitor and control product manufacturing schedule & distribution: strengthen existing relationship with the company’s distributor develop and implement effective customer relationship management activities: prepare sales forecasts: coordinate training of Marketing & Sales personnel; establish profit goal of the business: develop Annual Strategic Marketing Plan Develop and Manage Marketing Budgets; Manage our Brand: give Sales support and develop a strategy for undergoing market research and for gathering market intelligence information regularly; manage all aspects of Trade Shows participation exhibitions and develop and implement Public Relations initiatives among other
Requirements:
B.Sc in Marketing, Management or Estate Management MBA is optional but may be an added advantage. Minimum 8 years experience, with proven track records in Sales & marketing activities in Real Estate Building or Construction industry good knowledge of the geographic zones in Nigeria with ability to speak at least two Nigeria Languages.
