We are an upward moving Pension Fund Administrator in the Pension Industry, We seek talented, self motivated and experienced professional to join our team in this role as;
HEAD, BUSINESS SUPPORT GROUP (REF.002)
Reporting to the Managing Director/CEO, he will be responsible for the strategic and executive focus of the Business support services for the company including Operations Unit, id Unit, Finance & Accounts and Risk Management. He is also to co-ordinate the company’s back office operations and deliver profitable customer base & market share for the brand.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience
*A first degree from a reputable university (not below second class upper division), preferably in the social sciences proficient in the use of computer.
*Higher degree(s) and other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
*Prior experience in marketing of financial services, direct marketing services and customer service in related industries will be an advantage
*Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
*Effective negotiator & strategist, with an excellent customer orientation
*Minimum of five years’ experience including at least two (2) years in a PFA.
