We are an upward moving Pension Fund Administrator in the Pension Industry, We seek talented, self motivated and experienced professional to join our team in this role as;
HEAD BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT GROUP (REF. 001)
Reporting to the managing director/CEO, he will be responsible for the formulation and Implementation of the overall marketing strategy of the PFA You will be responsible for effective function of Head Office Marketing, Customer care and branch coordination unit. He is also to coordinate the company marketing function and deliver a profitable customer base and market share for the brand.
Qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience
*A first degree from a reputable university (not below second class upper division), preferably in the social sciences proficient in the use of computer.
*Higher degree(s) and other relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage.
*Prior experience in marketing of financial services, direct marketing services and customer service in related industries will be an advantage
*Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
*Effective negotiator & strategist, with an excellent customer orientation
*Minimum of five years’ experience including at least two (2) years in a PFA.
REMUNERATION: Competitive and Attractive but based on Qualification and relevant experience.
