Our client is an indigenous pharmaceutical company and a key player in the Industry with robust ethical and OTC brands. The company has embarked on massive expansion project and will start local manufacturing of some of her brands early in 2010. In order to beef up the sales force for the challenges ahead, the company urgently requires results oriented sales professionals to fill the below position.
Position: Field Sales Manager:
The- preferred candidate will report to the Head, Sales and Marketing and will be based in Lagos. He will be responsible for the management of the company’s range of OCT brands by the achievement of the distribution channels and leadership of the OCT sales team.
Qualifications, Experience and Competences:
- Candidate must possess a good honours degree in business or the natural sciences
- Not less than seven years experience in managing redistribution sales preferably in the pharmaceutical industry; three of which must be in middle management
- Track record of achievement in previous leadership of sales and redistribution teams
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Good IT skills – Knowledge of Microsoft Power point and Excel will be an advantage
- Good business management skills and an infectious positive attitude.
