SuNMap is  DFID-funded five year programme to support the National Malaria control programme. It currently operates in six states, namely: Awka, Kano, Katsina, Lagos, Niger and Ogun with headquarters in Abuja. This #50m programme is managed by a consortium of three international organizations. Malaria Consortium UK, Health Partners International and GRID Consulting Ltd. It is personnel as well as other international and national partners.

The objective of SuNMap is to strengthen the delivery of the Nigeria’s National malaria control effort by providing technical support to improve the capacity of Malaria Control Programme at all levels. In doing this, the programme is working with stakeholders in the health and sector (public and non-public) as well as civil societies and partners from the commercial sector.

The programme has been in operation for two years and is now looking  to fill the position across its operating  location

Commercial Sector Analyst

 Location:  Lagos

 This position is responsible for providing analytical and administrative support to the Commercial sector Manager in identifying, contracting and managing the performance of commercial sector partners to increase retail sales of malaria products as affordable  prices. she/he will monitor the sales; revenue and retail channel development of malaria products as well as perform industry analyses on a broader market for malarial products

Qualification

  • A University degree in business, marketing or any related discipline
  • should have a minimum of three years work experience in sales and marketing
  • She/he must  have a sound working knowledge of financial analysis in the private sector
  • A strong knowledge of statistical data analysis and use of Microsoft office tools is very essential.

 Terms of Appointment

The appointment term will be a period of 3 years for each position, with an initial 6 months probationary period. The programme offers very competitive salary packages. Local terms and conditions will apply.
