Our client, a major Exploration and Production Company requires for immediate employment an
NDE (Non Destructive Examination) Inspector.
Qualifications:
- The candidate must have 5-10yrs experience in the oil and gas industry with UT (Ultrasonic Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Inspection), and PT (Dye Penetrant Testing) Certifications.
- CSWIP or PCN (Certification Scheme for Welding Inspection Personnel) level 2
- ASNT(American Society for Non Destructive) Level 2 or 3
The successful candidate is expected to possess:
- Extensive experience in corrosion monitoring/on-stream inspections, data logging etc
- Proficient in reading PFD’s, P&ID’s and follow Isometric line drawings.
- Proficient in writing detailed reports on a full range of static equipments used within the Oil and Gas industry.
- Capable of working under own initiative or as a team member as and when required.
- Familiarity with API 570 piping Inspection would be an added advantage.
Candidate should be prepared to undergo any HES training as required and adhere to the employers’ Safety Regulations
