Control Room Officer Ref No: MTL/2009/007
Reporting to the Communications Manager, the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for the effective tracking of the location of each taxi at every point in time. He/ she will have to maintain communications with/between customer service officers and chauffeurs.
Qualifications, Knowledge Skills and Experience
- A first degree in computer science or any other related discipline.
- A minimum of two (2) years cognate experience
- Relevant computer hardware and software application qualification will be an added advantage
- Excellent knowledge of the operations of the control room equipment.
- Good knowledge of the Lagos metropolis.
