Requirements

The Strategic Information Advisor responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring that the measurable outcomes of a large U.S government-funded HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment program are in alignment with PEPFAR and Government of Nigeria goals.
• Assisting the Chief of Party with development, implementation, and quality assurance for monitoring and evaluation the project’s activities
• Monitoring prevention of mother to child transmission (PMTCT) and counseling and testing (CT) service delivery activities
• Training public sector service providers, program managers and information officers in monitoring and evaluation of service delivery and in training and information monitoring systems
• In collaboration with the program team, ensuring that necessary monitoring and evaluation planning, budgeting, and management activities occur to facilitate smooth and efficient program functioning
• Capturing and documenting program results, successes, challenges and lessons learned for reporting to CDC

Candidates must have at least 7 years of related experience with a degree in related courses and advanced degree will be highly desirable
