WORKSHOP MANAGER

The job

• Reporting Line: Chief Operating Officer
• Manage all technical aspects of the maintenance of our trucks and trailers
• Maximizing the availability of all trucks and trailers, whilst also undertaking preventive maintenance and unexpected repair.
• Control cost at budget levels and where possible below.
• Identifying inefficiencies and excess cost in the operations and making significant service and cost improvement,
• Training staff in all the technical aspects of maintaining and repairing all trucks and trailers used by the company.

Qualification:

• 3-5 years working experience
• Minimum of HND or B.Sc in Mechanical Engineering
