Transportation/Distribution Manager
Reporting to the General Manager, the incumbent shall be fully responsible for the company’s fleet of trucks & trailers. He shall source third-party trucks to ensure availability as per requirements and maintain balance between the company-owned and third-party trucks. He shall adopt a proactive approach in the control, supervision, and coordination of all activities concerning transportation and distribution.
Requirement
- Candidates in age group 40-45 years possessing a university degree in Management, Arts, or Sciences coupled with a professional membership certificate either from the Chartered institute of Transport or the institute of Transport Administration
- Should minimum 10 years relevant experience of which minimum 5 years at the management level in a well-structured and reputable industrial enterprise shall be ideal.
- The incumbent shall possess leadership qualities good interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure combined with high integrity and devotion to work.
Remuneration
Compensation package attached to above positions shall be commensurate with qualifications and experience and shall match the best in the industry.
