Service Manager:
Qualification
- Degree, preferably in an engineering discipline, with at least 3 years relevant after sales experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the resources of the branch, with support from Head Office, to achieve sales, customer service, turnover, margin targets.
- Manage the service and parts operation of the location to provide first class service delivery to customers
- Under the guidance of your manager, achieve revenue, margin and account opening targets.
- Manage the sales team to achieve revenue, margin and account opening targets as well as personally manage major accounts.
- Carry out repairs within laid down procedures and time scales,
- Always ensuring that the job is completed right first time.
