Senior Project Manager
Location: Lagos
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and scheduling of the project, managing the project to scope, schedule and budget. Solution management, problem solving, arbitration and dispute settlement are also some of the functions of the Project Manager. The Project Manager is expected to play a greater role in strategic program management, project directorship, client relationship, management and mentoring of other project managers.
Qualification and Education:
- Bachelors degree in construction management, engineering, urban planning, architecture, or other related field. A masters degree is a an added advantage
- 7 to 10 years in real estate development of mixed use, multi-purpose building, residential and commercial, new construction and rehabilitation
- Must have strong project management & Leadership skills, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of building systems, design issues and construction methods that are innovative and environmentally sustainable
- Prior understanding of private and public funding sources as well as equity based financing is useful
- Knowledge of the local terrain and environment is essential. As well as Awareness of key stake holders in the estate industry of the region
- Proficiency in relevant computer software.
