Senior Manager (Programmes)
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Director (Programmes), the suitable candidate is expected to:
- Conduct market surveys, deliver and evaluate training and development programmes
- Review and standardize the core activities of the organization in line with prevailing global standards
- Develop and maintain an appropriate data base to facilitate the organization’s work
- Develop strategic alliances for collaboration/sponsorship for the organization’s activities
- Coordinate the organizations events.

- Programme Management Skills
- Problem Solving and Decision Making Skills
- Relationship Management & Interpersonal Skills
The ideal candidate must bet between the age of 35 and 45 and
- Possess a first degree, with a minimum of Second Class. Lower division from a reputable tertiary institution in Business Administration. Social Science or related discipline
- Possess a Masters degree in relevant discipline
- Possession of relevant professional qualification will be an added advantage
- Be a proficient user of Microsoft word, power point and excel software packages
- Have at least 10 years relevant experience. 4 of which must be at a management level
