Regional Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities
The incumbent is responsible for developing and executing regional plans to achieve set volume and margin targets. The incumbent will generate monthly sales forecast and competitive analysis to determine product performance levels as well as devise effective tactical strategies for exploiting market potentials and strategic alliances. Establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the region and contribute to the development of training and educational programs for customers and sales teams.
Requirement
- Prospective applicants should not be more than 40 years old and must possess a higher institution degree or equivalent in a commercial or social science discipline, plus a minimum of 7 years relevant experience in a reputable FMCG goods manufacturing company.
- An MBA or master’s degree, relevant industry specific experience, and strong understanding of customer and market dynamics will be an added advantages.
