Our client operates a quick service restaurant (QSR) positioned to provide a wide range of African and continental dishes to its customers. As a result of the ongoing transformational restructuring in the company, the client requires highly motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals to further develop her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide commercial and strategic management skills to ensure that all set targets for the company are surpassed.
Quality Control Manager (NXT/BK1-.M XII)
The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the quality and reliability of products offered by the company, especially being primarily concerned with determining whether finished products are of a specified quality.
Skills and Competencies
- Candidate must possess a good bachelor’s degree in food sciences
- A minimum of 2 years working experience in similar capacity (preferably a QSR)
- Ability to objectively determine quality of products
- Must possess an analytical mind and an eye for details
- Ability to conceptualize, develop and deploy a robust quality control framework
- Demonstrated experience in managing roles of a similar nature
- Must show an uncompromising attitude to adhering to set standards
- Good people management skills
- Working knowledge of risk and disaster management will be advantageous.
- Sound organizational and managerial skills.
