A cutting edge Lagos-based social housing development institution seeks talented, dynamic and goal-oriented individuals to fill the senior management position below;

Position: Project Manager, Social Housing

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of seven years of housing sector-related working experience in initiating or supervising tie development, construction or management of modem low-cost housing Requisite experience must extend to knowledge and application of best practices relating to site analysis and preparation, land acquisition and utilization, and multi – family housing development;
• Be keenly familiar with federal. Lagos state, and local planning and zoning laws. Regulations, and building approval processes;
• Possess the capacity to conceptualize, draft and comprehend business plans, budgets, contracts, proposals and financial reports;
• Have an outstanding command of written and spoken English.

Minimum qualification:

• University Degree/HND in Urban and Regional Management, Estate Management or Quantity Survey, Civil or Building Engineering, or Town/Urban Planning
• A post-graduate degree will be an added advantage
