Position: Project Manager

• The candidate for this position shall assist in the overall day-to-day opera­tions, growth and development of our real estate subsidiary.
• The ideal candidate must not be more than 50 years and must possess a good B.Sc or HND in Architecture, Civil or Building Engineering.
• He/She must have a minimum often years cognate experience including .management experi­ence and must be a member of relevant professional bodies.

Specific responsibilities will include preparation of feasibility studies, se­lection of project consultants, management of regulating approval proc­esses, and site supervision.

Must be skilled in MS Word, Excel and Projects

Salary Package:
