Our client, a construction company commencing the development of an office complex desires the above experienced professionals with background in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, respectively.

Project: Construction of an Office Complex

Location: Northern Nigeria

Duration: 24 Months

Position:

Experience:

  • Minimum 15 years Experience.
  • Shall be responsible for Project Planning and Coordination.
  • Shall lead the Technical team and work closely with the expatriate staff in project realization.
  • Shall ensure and implement strict compliance with all project requirements, standards and procedures.
  • Shall possess skills and experience as follows:
  • Relationship Management.
  • Interim Valuation and Claims Verification.
  • Resource Management.
  • Basic Financial Analysis.
  • Negotiation and Quality management.
  • Contract Conditions.
  • Shall have full relevant professional qualification (in any of Quantity Surveying, Architecture and Civil Engineering)
  • Shall have working experience on project of complex multi-storey and services.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

Position:

Experience:

  • Minimum 10 years Experience.
  • Day to day running of project site.
  • Project Management, Coordination and Reporting Experience on a project of not less than N1 billion naira value or 5 storey framed structure.
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD and MS Word.
  • Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Professional qualification in any of Quantity Surveying, Architecture and Civil/Structural Engineering.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.

Position:

Experience:

  • Minimum 8 years Experience.
  • Shall have professional qualification recognised by ARCON.
  • Ability to produce and interpret drawing in AutoCAD.
  • Ability to interpret on site drawings.
  • Ability to develop programme of work.
  • Effective working relationship with Project Management team and Expatriate Staff.

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
