Position: Procurement Manager (PrM)
- The Procurement Manager shall be responsible for handling purchasing requirements (materials and services) from initiation to post-construction. The major duties of this position include ensuring that suppliers and technical representatives of supplier/sub-c on tractor firms deliver products/services at the right price, quality, quantify and as scheduled
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- Masters degree in Business Administration
- 8-10 years recent experience in construction related procurement, strategic sourcing and supply chain management
- Must have a solid track record of cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Knowledge of latest technology related to strategic sourcing & procurement including but not limited to e-Procurement and purchasing cards
- Knowledge of accounting process and practices related to strategic sourcing & procurement
In additional, eligible candidates for the above position should possess
- Strong leadership, analytical, decision – making and problem – solving skills.
- Excellent communication, report writing, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- High ethical standards and integrity.
- Ability to work additional hours as needed.
