POSITION: MANAGING DIRECTOR/CEO
Responsibility/Requirements:
- Responsible for providing overall strategic direction and vision for the bank, he will oversee the day to day activities of the bank to ensure operational effectiveness and achievement of organization goals.
- A good first degree with relevant professional and/or post graduate qualification.
- Minimum of 10 years relevant working experience in the financial services industry
- Excellent working knowledge of micro finance banking industry
- Outstanding leadership qualities and notable business development imperatives
