Managing Director I CEO

The Successful candidate would report to the board and be responsible for the following amongst other things:

• Implementation & management of the Banks Short, medium &long term plans.
• Ensuring continuous growth and profitability
• Overseeing the day to day running of the bank
• Meeting the pre-agreed key performance indicators e.g. profit, deposit, customer base etc
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements
• Other functions of a CEO

Qualifications:

• B.Sc or Equivalent. A higher degree or professional qualification would be an advantage
• At least 10 years experience in Banking 3 years must have been at management level
• Good organizational skills & leadership ability
• Good communication skills
• Flair for marketing & business development
