Managing Director I CEO
The Successful candidate would report to the board and be responsible for the following amongst other things:
- Implementation & management of the Banks Short, medium &long term plans.
- Ensuring continuous growth and profitability
- Overseeing the day to day running of the bank
- Meeting the pre-agreed key performance indicators e.g. profit, deposit, customer base etc
- Compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Other functions of a CEO
Qualifications:
- B.Sc or Equivalent. A higher degree or professional qualification would be an advantage
- At least 10 years experience in Banking 3 years must have been at management level
- Good organizational skills & leadership ability
- Good communication skills
- Flair for marketing & business development
