Our client is a leading Microfinance Bank based in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, with a highly successful operation within the State.

Due to recent expansion in operations and the competition for market share and leadership, the bank now requires the services of the position below who shall have the onerous responsibility of driving the bank for profitability, market share and leadership, without extra supervision.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

This is a very challenging position and the ideal candidate should:

• Have a persuasive evidence of successful management track record in the banking industry, preferably in Microfinance banking.
• Have relevant and adequate educational and professional qualifications in the banking industry and must be IT literate with a minimum of 10 years cognate experience.
• Be aged 35-50 years
• Have good, amiable appearance and credible, verifiable references from the banking industry.
