Our client is a leading Microfinance Bank based in Abakaliki, Ebonyi State, with a highly successful operation within the state.

Due to recent expansion in operations and the competition for market share and leadership, the bank now requires the services of a Managing Director who shall have the onerous responsibility of driving the bank for profitability, market share and leadership, without extra supervision.

Position Managing Director

This is a very challenging position and the ideal candidate should:

• Have a persuasive evidence of successful management track record in the banking industry, preferably Microfinance banking.
• Have relevant and adequate educational and professional qualifications in the banking industry and must be IT literate with a minimum of 10 years cognate experience.
• Be aged 35-50 years.
• Have good, amiable appearance and credible. Verifiable references from the banking industry
