LEGAL SERVICES LEAD (Ref: LFZ2)
Job Description
Responsible for providing legal advisory support and handling all Company secretarial obligations, ensuring compliance with all statutory regulations and requirements
Preparation and evaluation of various legal documents will also be expected.
Minimum Educational Qualification
- Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Professional Law Practice Certificate/Degree (eg Barrister at Law degree).
Experience
- Minimum of 6 years’ cognate practice experience in medium to large size organization or law firm.
- Experience in Litigation and Contracts Management in a reputable organization.
- Good corporate secretarial administration skills
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
