The infrastructure Concession Regulatory Commission (ICRC) Abuja, Nigeria is the national governing body for public private Partnership (PPP) process. It will operate as a professionally run, projects-driven organization with high level of internal expertise, capable of supporting PPP projects all over the country. The ICRC now seeks to employ outstanding professionals and support personnel with suitable qualifications and skills into various positions. Knowledge Centre Managers (Ref: ICRC/KCM/006)

Knowledge Centre Manager is a middle management position reporting to the Executive Director, PPP Resource Centre with the responsibility for assembling the internal knowledge and intellectual property of the firm for ease of reference and access to by both internal and external stakeholders. He or she should have.

§ A good first degree in Library Sciences from a reputable institution. A relevant post graduate qualification may provide an added advantage

§ A minimum of 5-8 years experience working with managerial responsibilities in a similar role or function

§ Good IT documentation and packaging skills

§ Good communication skills and a broad world view/knowledge base
