Inventory/Warehouse Manager at Nextzon Business Services Ltd.

Our client operates a quick service restaurant (QSR) positioned to provide a wide range of African and continental dishes to its customers. As a result of the ongoing transformational restructuring in the company, the client requires highly motivated, ambitious and resilient individuals to further develop her business. Potential candidates must be confident, self motivated and result-orientated individuals who can provide commercial and strategic management skills to ensure that all set targets for the company are surpassed.

Inventory/ Manager (NXT/BKI-M VIII)

The successful candidate will be involved in the management of people, processes and systems to ensure that productivity targets are met. The role also entails the maintenance/administration of excellent storage and retrieval systems. The person to till this position will also ensure that workplace health and safety requirements are met and shall take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.

Skills and Competencies

  • Candidate should possess a good bachelor’s degree
  • Should have minimum of 4 years experience in managing related functions/inventory management
  • Ability to coordinate and effectively manage material and human resources
  • Must possess the ability to conceptualize and manage processes in the deployment of systems within a predefined framework
  • Must possess excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Must possess an analytical mind
