HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER

Job Summary

This position has the overall responsibilities of administering and supervision of the Human Resources Department in line with Company’s overall objectives

Responsibilities

Hiring and Training of staff

Leadership Training for inducted trainee managers

Introduction of productive motivational schemes

Corporate image making and public relation

Administration of staff and welfare regulation

Sanitary and logistic coordination

Staff review, appraisal and dispute settlement

Harmonization of Government policies inline with management objectives

Qualification

Candidate must possess HND/B.Sc in Business Administration or Human Resources from any recognized institution

Must be a member of recognized professional body, with a minimum of 5 years post qualification experience

Age: 35-40 years.

Note

• Candidate must be good in the application of information technology as a working  tool.
