Job Summary
To manage the firm’s Human Resources department. Responsibilities will include core HR activities such as recruitment and selection, compensation, competency mapping performance management and employee relations.
Education & Experience
- Candidate must possess Bachelors degree in any of the social science related discipline
- Knowledge of Nigerian labour law
- Membership of CIPM or a recognized equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role is required
- Expert knowledge of excel, power-point, word, human manager and other HR applications.
